The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, specifically "R.C.C Bridge / Limited Height Subway work". The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The values are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender = Rs. 2,98,87,597.83, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender = Rs. 3,98,50,130.44, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender = Rs. 5,97,75,195.67. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed similar works for each component, with values of 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component. For subcontractors, the required prior work experience includes the completion of at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
