Northern Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work within the last 07 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the categories are similar but consider each component of the tender. Additionally, for subcontracting, the subcontractor must have completed a similar work costing at least 35% of the value of the work to be subletted within the last 5 years, unless the work costs up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no prior experience is required. The bidder must also meet a minimum average annual contractual turnover requirement, calculated based on the advertised value of the tender and the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. Similar work is defined as Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Solar Power Plant or Solar Hybrid System of 50 KWp or above, with or without AMC. The specific values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work, - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted for subcontracting.
