Northern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 7 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the requirements are similar, with the added specification that these percentages apply to each component of the tender. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder must have completed works with costs of at least 30%, 40%, or 60% of the tender's advertised value, depending on the category. Additionally, for subcontracting, the subcontractor needs to have completed at least one similar work in the last 5 years, with a cost of not less than 35% of the work to be subletted.
