The Housing Executive Is Inviting Tenders For The Provision Of Iso Training, Surveillance, Transitioning And Certification Services As Described In The Specification And In Accordance With The Housing Executive’s Conditions Of Contract Included With The Tender Documentation. The Housing Executive Also Has A Requirement For Iso 14001 Training That Shall Be Facilitated Under This Contract As Required. The Iso 14001 Standard Specifies Requirements For An Environmental Management System Which The Organisation Can Use To Enhance Its Environmental Performance, To Protect The Environment And To Respond To Changing Environmental Conditions Through Compliance Obligations. The Iso 9001 Standard Initially Applies To The Direct Labour Organisation (dlo), Legal Services And Corporate Procurement Unit In Respect Of The Certification Of Their Respective Management System. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Carrying Out Iso Services For These Housing Executive Departments And Ensuring None Of The Housing Executives Iso Certificates Lapse Or Expire. This Requirement Has Not Been Subdivided Into Lots Because The Housing Executive Believes It Represents Better Value For Money To Procure A Single Supplier To Fulfil The Requirement.
