Consulting Services For The Preparation Of A Feasibility Study Consulting Services For A Feasibility Study On Techno-commercial Performance Improvement Related To The “ghana Electricity Distribution Improvement Project” Brief Description Of Project Nedco, The Project Executing Agency, In Cooperation With The Eib And Kfw, And Possibly Other Development Partners, Aims To Contribute To The Ghana Electricity Distribution Improvement Project And Address Operational Issues At Nedco Covering Aspects Such As • Improved Reliability And Quality Of Power Supply; • Reduced Commercial And Technical Losses; • Improved Customer Service; • New Customers Connected; • Improved Conditions For The Integration Of Re. Scope Of Service The Requested Services Of The Consultant Shall Comprise All Relevant Professional Activities For The Preparation Of A Detailed Feasibility Study And Environmental And Social Impact Assessment (esia) Addressing The Requirements Of The Ghana Electricity Distribution Improvement Project Further Outlined Below. The Consulting Services Shall Be Performed In Ghana And From The Consultant’s Headquarters Over An Estimated Project Period Of About 15 Months Including Approval Periods. The Consulting Services Will Be Divided Into Several Tasks Covering The Following Subjects:  Component 1: Revenue Protection Program  Component 2: Customer Service  Component 3: Grid Densification  Component 4: Reliability & Quality Of Supply (improvement Of Medium Voltage Network)  Component 5: Gender Equality
