The bidder must have experience of works of similar nature, specifically "Repair and maintenance work of Buildings/residential/ office complexes." The required prior work experience is 50% of the annualized estimated value of the work put to tender (for period of completion over 1 year) or 50% of the estimated value of the work (for completion period up to one year) put to Tender in any year (consecutive 365 days) during last 7 years. The value of executed works is adjusted by adding 7% for each completed year after the end date of experience. The bidder needs to furnish information including description of qualifying experience, work order number, name & address of employer, percentage share of each experience, and executed value of work against each experience. The system calculates the value of each qualifying experience by multiplying the value with the % share of experience and adding 7% for each completed year. The bidder is graded as 'Eligible' if the total value of qualifying experiences meets the minimum requirements.
