The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work within the last 07 years. These categories include: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The value of similar works completed is specified as a percentage of the advertised value of the tender, with the mentioned percentages being 30%, 40%, and 60%. Additionally, for the calculation of average annual contractual turnover, the bidder's "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years are considered, as per the audited balance sheet. Regarding local content, bidders are required to enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered, with a range from 0 for fully imported items to 100 for fully indigenous items. Work experience certificates are considered valid if they are from a Government Organisation or a Public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years.
