The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works, which is defined as any civil engineering work having housekeeping, cleaning, horticulture, landscape, and gardening work. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - 03 (three) works, each of 30% of the tendered quantity, - 02 (two) works, each of 40% of the tendered quantity, or - 01 (one) work of 60% of the tendered quantity. The value of the completed work is considered, including the final bill amount, gross amount, and PVC (if paid) amount. Specific values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% of the tendered quantity for three works, - 40% of the tendered quantity for two works, and - 60% of the tendered quantity for one work. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, they shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor shall be asked for.
