The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar nature of work is "Any kind of telecom works of indoor or outdoor with supply of telecom materials". The bidder should also provide certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited, along with a list of works carried out in the past, including details such as office/department, work carried out, duration of execution, contract number, date and value, and amount of payment received. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed and payment received, using the formula: Available Bid Capacity = [A x N x 2] – 0.33xNxB. The bidder's available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the total value of the present tender. Work experience certificates from private individuals are not considered, but certificates from Govt. Organization or Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in last 3 financial years are considered.
