The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 7 years. The bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value of the completed work shall be considered, including the gross amount and PVC amount (if paid). In case of substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered. For a newly formed partnership firm, the credentials of individual partners from previous firms shall be considered to the extent of their share in the previous entity and their share in the newly formed firm. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the value of a completed work done by a member in an earlier JV shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that JV. The bid capacity of the JV shall be the arithmetic sum of individual "bid capacity" of all members. The overall cost, including the PVC amount (if paid), of the completed work or substantially completed work shall be considered for fulfillment of technical credentials. The specific amounts and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 35% value of the work to be subletted (for subcontractors) - Rs 50 lakh (for subletting of work costing up to this amount, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required)
