The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last 07 years, specifically for welding of rail joints and supply of welding materials. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder needs to furnish certificates and testimonials regarding this experience, including a list of works carried out in the past with details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of completion. Additionally, the date of actual start, actual completion, and final value of the contract should also be provided. The bidder must also demonstrate sufficient financial capacity.
