The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific similar works within the last 07 years. The similar works can be any of the following: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder should submit documents testifying to their previous experience, including certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited, along with a list of works carried out in the past. The value of similar works is related to the advertised value of the tender, with specific percentages mentioned: 30%, 40%, and 60%. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated based on the total contractual payments received in the previous three financial years, with a specific formula for tenders above 50 lac: V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work.
