The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work involves design, installation, testing, and commissioning of EI or alterations of EI. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value must have been made to the contractor. The value of completed work is considered as the completion cost of work, including the final bill amount (gross amount) and Price Variation (PVC) amount, if paid.
