The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 07 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed: - Three similar works for each component, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works for each component, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work for each component, each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, the requirements include successfully completing at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, within the last 5 years. However, for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
