The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Substantially Completed Work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The credential certificate should have been issued not prior to 60 days of the date of invitation of the present tender. Work experience certificate from a private individual is not considered, but it can be from any Govt. Organisation or a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years.
