The bidder should have completed similar nature of job with a Completion Certificate from Engineer-in-Charge. The certificate should be submitted along with BOQ/SoR and Work Order/Award of Contract, duly authenticated by issuing authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The bidder should produce credentials of similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder should produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value. Other options for the bidder include: i) producing credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; ii) producing credentials of 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; iii) producing credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value. The bidder should have a minimum turnover of 100% in a year in the last 3 years in civil work. The bidder can participate in a maximum of 5 works, provided the bid capacity permits and the bidder is capable to arrange and deploy separate set of required machineries for multiple works and complete the work in specified time.
