The bidder must provide information on the net worth for the last year and the maximum value of projects undertaken during the financial year. The bidder should also provide details of similar works completed, including the name of the work, estimated amount, and percentage of work executed. The bidder needs to provide a declaration stating that all statements made in the attached documents are true and correct. The bidder is required to have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facilities not less than 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also submit a certified document stating that neither their firm nor any constituent firm had been debarred from participating in a tender by the Public Works Department during the last 5 years prior to the date of the tender. The bidder should have the capability to arrange and deploy separate sets of required machineries for multiple works and complete the work in the specified time. The bidder should also submit a work programme and bar chart within 7 days of issuance of the work order. The bidder must provide a declaration stating that required specified machineries for the works will be installed at the working site within 45 days from the date of LOA/ work order. The bidder must also provide information on the value of executed work, date of completion of the project, along with the telephone number and detailed address for communication of the client. The credential certificate should be supported by a work order, price schedule, or BOQ of work, and a completion certificate mentioning the date of completion, issued by a competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The completion certificate should indicate the value of the work, which is equal to the booked expenditure. In case of running works, a certificate of satisfactory running work from the concerned Executive Engineer or equivalent competent authority is required, stating that the work is in progress satisfactorily and no penal action has been initiated against the executed agency. The date of issue of the satisfactory running work certificate should be on or after the date of publication of the NIeT. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works completed, including the name of the work, estimated amount, and percentage of work executed. The bidder must also provide a declaration stating that all statements made in the attached documents are true and correct.
