The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar nature of work with specific minimum values and percentages of the estimated amount. For the 1st Call of NIeT, the bidder should have: - Completed a similar nature of work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, completed 2 similar nature of works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Or, completed a single running work of similar nature to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value at 40% of the estimated amount. For the 2nd Call of NIeT, the bidder should have: - Completed a similar nature of work with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, completed 2 similar nature of works, each with a minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Or, completed a single running work of similar nature to the extent of 75% or more, with a value not less than the desired value at 30% of the estimated amount. For the 3rd Call of NIeT, the bidder should have: - Completed a similar nature of work with a minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, completed a single running work of similar nature to the extent of 70% or more, with a value not less than the desired value at 20% of the estimated amount. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed include 40% of the estimated amount, 30% of the estimated amount, 25% of the estimated amount, 80% completion of a single running work, and 75% completion of a single running work. Additionally, the bidder should have experienced technical personnel and their own machinery according to the working schedule. A completion certificate from an Engineer-in-Charge, not below the rank of Executive Engineer, is required for completed works, stating the actual date of completion and the value of the work. In case of running works, a certificate of satisfactory running work from the concerned Executive Engineer or equivalent competent authority is required.
