The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having undertaken projects during the last 5 years. The bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work with the following requirements: - A minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, 2 similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Or, one single running work of similar nature of running work which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at the first option. For the 3rd Call of NIeT, the requirements are: - A minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, one single running work of similar nature of running work which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at the first option. The bidder is also required to submit details of their ongoing and completed works, including the stipulated date of completion, physical progress, and financial progress. The bidder should have completed similar works, with details of the work, including the name of the work, estimated amount, and percentage of work executed, to be provided. The value of work completed and the balance value of work to be completed should also be mentioned. Additionally, the bidder should have a net worth, and the payment certificate, work order, and final bill value certificate from the employer for the bid capacity calculated year should be uploaded for verification. The bidder should also provide a declaration stating that all statements made in the attached documents are true and correct.
