The tender concerns the processing of insulation materials from Nordværk. In 2023, Nordværk I/s collected approximately 800 tons of rock wool insulation material from its recycling sites. The insulation material comes from demolitions and offcuts from new construction. Nordværk I/s is a North Jutland waste management company with ambitions for future waste management and resource utilization - for the benefit of all of North Jutland. Nordværk needs to purchase a brand new material handling machine. Nordværk is therefore conducting this tender with the aim of entering into a contract for the supply of this brand new material handling machine (hereinafter referred to as “the contract”). The contract is offered with the following options for the brand new material handling machine: •Nordværk shall have the option to purchase the delivery and installation of overpressure with rechargeable carbon filter. Requirements for this are specified in more detail in the requirements specification. •Nordværk has the option to purchase the delivery and installation of access platforms. Requirements for this are specified in more detail in the requirements specification. The contract is also offered with an option that Nordværk may require that the tenderer purchase Nordværk’s existing material handling machine. The tenderer must therefore submit a price to purchase this. Nordværk's Existing Material Handling Machine Has The Following Specifications: •Model: Komatsu Pw160-10 •Serial Number: H62074 •Year: 2015 •Hours: Approximately 8400 Hours •Condition: Ready to Operate •Additional Equipment: The Material Handling Machine is Sold Without Additional Equipment Such As For Example, Sorting Grab. Nordværk However, Nordværk Reserves The Right To Subsequently Conduct An Auction Concerning The Sale Of Nordværk's Existing Material Handling Machine. If Nordværk Can Obtain A Better Price For Nordværk's Existing Material Handling Machine, Nordværk Does Not Expect To Utilize This Option. Nordværk Will Furthermore Not Exercise The Option If It Is Subsequently Considered That It Is More Appropriate For Nordværk To Instead Retain The Machine. Nordværk needs to enter into agreements regarding winter services (in the form of ice prevention and snow removal) for its locations for the winter period 2025/26 and onwards (hereinafter referred to as the “contract”). Nordværk defines the winter period as being from 1 October to 30 April). Reference is made to the other tender materials for a more detailed description of the scope and duration of the contract, Nordværk’s requirements for winter services and other terms and conditions relating to the contract.
