This Dps Is Divided Into The Following “lots”. Lot 1: It Project Management. Lot 2: New Hospital It Projects. Lot 3: Closed Loop Medication Administration. Lot 4: Lims Systems. Lot 5: Modern Ehr Systems. Lot 6: Non - Clinical Supporting Systems. Lot 7: Ict Infrastructure Of New Hospital Buildings. Lot 8: Ict Integration. The Procurement Process Is Established In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 41. Act No. 120/2016 On Public Procurement. All Procurement Within The Dps Will Be Done By Closed Tenders And All Participants That Have Been Approved In Accordance With The Dps Documents Will Be Invited To Participate. Following Individual Procurement Procedures, Nlsh Will Enter A Contract With One Or More Tenderers For Specific Categories Of This Dps. All Itt´s Are Required To Be Advertised Within The Dps For The Minimum Of 10 Days. The Purpose Of This Dps Is To Able Buyers And Sellers To Engage In Commerce In A Simpler Way Than Before Whereas Technical Or Quality Specification Is Described With Each Purchase.
