This Invitation To Tender (the “rft”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids For Pumping Station Condition Assessment Program, as Further Described In Section A Of The Rft Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”).  The Region Of Niagara Is Responsible For Managing 111 Sanitary Pumping Stations And 13 Water Pumping Stations, Critical For The Conveyance Of Water And Wastewater. To Ensure That These Stations Are Meeting Levels Of Service Targets For The Responsible Delivery Of Water And Wastewater Services, These Facilities Need To Undergo Period Condition Assessments. Currently There Is No System-wide Condition Assessment Of Pumping Stations. The Purpose Of This Assignment Is To Provide A Cursory Assessment Of All Pumping Stations, Which Will Inform Future Detailed Assessments. This Rft Is Being Issued To All Of The Successful Roster Listing Developed From Contract 2023-rfsq-184 Specifically Category 18.
