This Invitation To Tender (the “rft”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids For Thorold Transportation Building Renovation Project -consulting Services, as Further Described In Section A Of The Rft Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”).  The Niagara Region Is Seeking A Qualified Architectural Firm To Act As The Prime Consultant To Renovate The Existing Niagara Region’s Thorold Transportation Building And Expand The Washrooms, Changerooms, Offices And Lunchroom Into The Adjacent Garage Bay. The Region Is Looking For An Experienced Architectural Firm That Will Provide Value To The Project With Demonstrated Ability In Delivering This Type Of Project In Scope, On Time And On Budget With Specific Emphasis On Quality And Performance.  This Rft Is Being Issued To All Of The Successful Roster Listing Developed From Contract 2022-rfpq-163 Specifically Category 1.
