This Invitation To Tender (the “rft”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids For 2024-t-123 Pelham Yards Exterior Foundation Repairs as Further Described In Section A Of The Rft Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”).  A Brief Summary Of The Scope Of Work Is As Follows, Please Refer To The Contract Drawings And Specifications For More Detail, The Following Is Not An Exhaustive List. Set Up The Appropriate Site Protections And Temporary Pathways To Ensure Facility Operations At All Times. Perform Excavation, Removal And Repair Of Damaged Concrete Block Locations Via. Underpinning Of Foundation Walls As Specified In The Contract Drawings And Specifications. Perform Backfill Of Foundation Walls With Landscape, Asphalt, And Concrete To Return Site To Original Intended Use. Upon Completion Of Work, Contractor Shall Ensure Site Elements Have Been Restored To Their Original State And Repair Any Damages Incurred From The Construction Work. The Contractor Must Include All Required Equipment, Material, And Manpower To Complete This Work. Refer To The Appendix D – pelham – Block Repair – Ift  And Appendix E – pelham – Specification for An Overview Of The Project In Its Entirety.  This Rft Is Being Issued To A Subset/all Of The Successful Roster Listing Developed From Contract 2022-rfpq-107 specifically Category 1.
