The specific requirements are: - Two similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost; or - One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, another set of requirements is also mentioned: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost.
2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost.
3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
