The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 Years is 68 Lakh. Exemptions from the eligibility criteria of "Experience Criteria" are available for Micro or Small Enterprise as per the latest orders issued by the Ministry of MSME and DPIIT registered Startup, subject to meeting quality and technical specifications.
