The bidder should have executed at least one similar system of 150KW or higher capacity in the previous seven years. In case an authorized dealer quotes on behalf of the manufacturer, the manufacturer's experience shall also be considered as the dealer's experience. However, only a single authorized dealer shall participate in the bid against the experience of one manufacturer, otherwise, such a bid will be rejected. The system supplied should have performed satisfactorily for one year from the date of commissioning. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder should submit authenticated copies of supply orders for the type, model, and make of the offered equipment/system, and performance reports from clients to support their experience. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be at least 50% of the estimated cost, which is equivalent to 28775 Lakh INR, excluding GST. The working capital should be equal to at least three times the monthly cash flow requirement, which is 16978 Lakh INR. The net worth of the bidder firm, manufacturer, or principal of the authorized representative should not be negative, and if it is less than paid-up equity share capital, it should not have been eroded by more than 30% in the last three years.
