To qualify for the award of the Contract, each bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last seven years, at least one similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost of works. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 2,56,53,928/-, including 1% Cess and 18% GST. The bidder needs to provide details of their past work experience, including the name of the project, name and address of the project developer, description of work and contract number, value of work, date of award, date of start of work, and date of completion of work, in a duly filled Form-3. The bidder is also required to submit copies of work experience certificates from the appropriate authority of the project developer. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of seven percent per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. Similar works shall mean "Any Type of Civil Works".
