The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works during the last 7 years in areas such as C/o Building work, C.C. road, Footpath, Drain, Box Culvert, Central Verge Painting works, Ordinary Maintenance of road, Building, Boundary wall, Interlocking Tiles, Drain, and other Cemented work. The experience requirements are as follows:
- Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 8739181.49.
- Alternatively, two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 13108772.24.
- Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 17478362.98.
Note that experience in Sewer and Jal work is not accepted.
