The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 32617991.08. - Alternatively, two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 48926986.61. - Or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 65235982.15. These values represent 40%, 60%, and 80% of the total estimated cost of the project, which is 81544977.69. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: - Project Manager with degree in corresponding discipline of Engineering: 10 years - Graduate Engineer: 5 years - Diploma Engineer: Nil to 5 years The similarity of works includes experience in Building, road, c.c. road, footpath, drain, Box culvert, central verge, painting, maintenance of road, Building, Boundary wall, Interlocking tile, drain & cement related works. Additionally, the bidder should have completed a certain percentage of the bill of quantity (B.O.Q) at a certain rate, and if the rate quoted is below a certain percentage, the bidder has to deposit an additional performance guarantee/security, with specific percentages and values: - 0.5% per one percent upto 10% below rate - 1% per one percent on rate quoted beyond 10% below rate The cost of the work is Rs 81544977.69 and the earnest money is Rs 1921000.00.
