The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works during the last 7 years. The similar completed works should be with Government/Semi-Government/PSUs only, and the works should be related to Advertisement/BOT work. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 27461054.80. - Or, two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is 41191582.20. - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 54922109.60. These values represent 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost, respectively. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in advertisement work only.
