The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works during the last 7 years, specifically works such as cleaning and desilting of drains, cleaning and sweeping of roads, housekeeping of buildings and compounds, or mechanical sweeping of roads. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 22106662.36, - Or two similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 33159993.55, - Or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 44213324.73. These values represent 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost, respectively. The bidder should also have a minimum solvency of 40% of the total estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of similar nature work in Government/ Development Authority/ Townships/ ULBs.
