The Negros Oriental State University (norsu) Campuses And The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Through The Tuition Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,540,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For “supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Improvement Of Fence Along Highway At Norsu Main Campus 1”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Negros Oriental State University (norsu) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Delivery Period Is Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
