Mechanical: Boiler Room: 1. Remove Existing Oil Fired Heating Plant Boilers (2x) Complete With All Piping, Oil Fuel Pump, Piping, Valves, Headers, Venting, Chimney Breeching, Drainage Piping, Boiler Pumps, Control And Other Accessories. 2. Construct New Propane Fired Hot Water Heating Plant Including New Piping, Condensing Boilers (2), Primary Pumping Stations, Secondary Pump Assembles, Boilers Custom Rack, Chimney/venting System, New Upgraded Propane Gas Line Distribution, Control, Piping Insulation And Jackets. 3. Paint Entire Concreate Slab And Floor After Job Completion - Epoxy Paint - “grey”, 2 Layers. 4. Repair Existing Wall Areas After Old Chimney Removals, Modify Wall To Accommodate New Venting. 5. Install Combustion Air And Ventilation Air Ductwork. 6. Remove Existing Oil Fuel Underground Storage Tank Complete With Piping, Supports, Etc. Refill Hole, (void) After Tank Removal With Native Soil. Complete To Match Existing. 7. Provide Propane Gas Line Extension For Roof To Boiler Room. 8. Install Boiler Control With Remote Temperature Sensors. 9. Install Concrete Wall Between Existing Outdoor Propane Fuel Tanks And Storage Building – See Structural Drawings. 10. Perform Any Other Work Required By This Contract.   Electrical: The Scope Of Work For This Project Includes: 1. Disconnect Existing Power Supplies From Existing Boilers And Pumps, Underground Oil Storage Tank Control, Remove Wires Up To Electrical Panel. 2. Re-wire New Boilers And Circulating Pumps As Shown, Use Existing Breakers In The Existing Electrical Panel. 3. Install Electric Unit Heater, Wire To The Existing Electrical Panel, Provide New Breaker To Match Existing. 4. Remove Existing Overhead Wiring To The Outdoor Storage Building And Replace With Underground Electrical Distribution. Fire Alarm Devices To Be Tested And Report To Be Provided. 5. Perform Any Other Work Required By This Contract.
