The bidder should meet the following minimum qualifying criteria for prior work experience: i) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The criteria are as follows: a. Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 20,79,74,060.80. b. Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 25,99,67,576. c. One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 41,59,48,121.60. Additionally, the bidder must have experience certificate for interior fit-out / renovation works for an area of at least 54,244.8 sq.ft., completed within 90 days from the start of the project.
