The required prior work experience for the bidder is evaluated under the section "b. Work experience" with 20 marks. The evaluation criteria are as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, - In between on pro-rata basis. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending initial stipulated last date of submission of tenders. The similar works criteria are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one work of a minimum 5-storied residential/non-residential building(s) during the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. For the evaluation of work experience, - 6 marks for meeting the minimum eligibility criteria - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in-between values. The bidder should have completed similar works, with a maximum of 40 marks for completed similar works and a total of 40 marks assessed. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 146,73,64,797.00. The bidder is required to submit details of similar works executed. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder is required to submit details of similar works executed. The value of work will be considered equivalent to the amount of TDS certificates. The value of executed works, for the purpose of this clause, shall also include the value of any materials or services supplied by the client/employer free of cost or at a discounted price to the contractor.
