The bid capacity required is 91,94,414.4, which is 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The formula to calculate the average annual audited financial turnover is: (Turnover of the year 1 + Turnover of the year 2 + Turnover of the year 3) / 3, where the turnover of each year is enhanced by a simple rate of 7% per annum. The enhancement formula is: Turnover of the year = Actual Turnover * (1 + 0.07 * number of years). The Average annual audited financial turnover shall be at least 91,94,414.4.

The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, specifically "Repair/ Retrofitting of multi storied RCC buildings". The experience criteria can be met in one of the following ways:
- Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender.
- Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender.
- One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender.
The value of executed works will be considered equivalent to the amount of TDS Certificates and shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should provide Work Experience Certificates with details, and for works executed as part of JV/Consortium, additional details are required.
