Past Performance: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - The bidder must have one or more orders from the GeM portal, along with the respective satisfactory certificates or self-declaration of work completion certificates on the bidder's letterhead. - The OEM company for Camera & NVR should have its own company registered in India since last 5 years. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 80% (for Past Performance) - 3 years (for Past Performance and Experience Criteria) - 5 years (for OEM company registration in India) The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC) - Additional Doc 2 (Requested in ATC) - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document - Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR - Brand registration certificates like TM, COI, etc. - ISO 9001 certification - BIS certification as per IS 13252 under CSR - CE certification - FCC certification - ROHS certification - Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) from the OEM for both CCTV cameras and software - Call Centre with a Toll-free number in India with a service/support team - Dedicated Service support center in India, available during working hours and a fully equipped repair and maintenance office in India.
