The bidder should have prior work experience in executing arrangements of land for grid-connected Solar PV Projects/Solar Parks or Wind Projects/Wind Parks or combination thereof, of cumulative capacity of 100MW or higher, out of which at least one project/Park should be of 50 MW or higher capacity. Alternatively, the bidder should have executed an industrial project either as a developer or as an EPC Contractor in the area of power/steel/oil and gas/petro-chemical/fertilizer/cement/coal mining including coal handling plant and/or any other process industry, of a value of Rs. 22 Crores or more. The bidder should have executed at least one Electrical Sub-station of 33 kV or above voltage level, which should be in successful operation for at least one year/six months prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 22 Crores during the preceding three financial years. The bidder's Net Worth as on the last day of the preceding financial year should be positive. In terms of specific monetary values, if the bidder does not meet the annual turnover criteria on its own, its Holding Company should have a Net Worth of at least equal to or more than the paid-up share capital of the Holding Company. The bidder should furnish a Letter of Undertaking from the Holding Company, supported by the Holding Company's Board Resolution, pledging unconditional and irrevocable financial support for the execution of the Contract by the Bidder in case of award.
