Description Npdc-2024-itn-002 1. The National Parks Development Committee Through The Fy 2024 Continuing Appropriation (general Appropriations Act Of 2023) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (php 1,156,900.00) For Lot No. 01: Fixtures And Equipment For The Lights And Sound System And Eight Hundred Forty Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-six And 65/100 Pesos Only (php 842,456.65) For Lot No. 02: Various Supplies And Materials For The Replacement Of The Electrical Wiring System, Rehabilitation Of The Control Room, And Other Supplies Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Negotiated Procurement (two-failed Biddings) For Supply And Delivery Of Equipment And Materials For The Operations And Maintenance Of The Martyrdom Of Dr. Jose Rizal: A Lights And Sound Presentation / Npdc-2024-itn-002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Parks Development Committee Now Invites Bids For Negotiated Procurement (two-failed Biddings) For For Supply And Delivery Of Equipment And Materials For The Operations And Maintenance Of The Martyrdom Of Dr. Jose Rizal: A Lights And Sound Presentation. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
