Description Invitation To Bid For Npdc-2024-itb-003 1. The Philippine Commission On Sports Scuba Diving (procuring Entity) Through National Parks Development Committee Bids And Awards Committee (procuring Agent) Through The Continuing Appropriation Under Ra 11936 Or General Appropriations Act Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Seventy-three Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-seven And 10/100 (php 873,357.10) For The Procurement Of Semi-expendable Furnitures And Fixtures (lot No. 1) And One Million One Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Six Hundred Forty Pesos (php 1,133,640.00) For Procurement Of Semi Expendable Ict Equipment And Other Supplies (lot No. 2) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Supplies And Materials / Npdc-2024-itb-003. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Parks Development Committee Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Supplies And Materials. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Completed Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
