The Central Region Includes 32 Wfos And Support Buildings Throughout A 14-state Central Region.  these Wfo Facilities Were Constructed Between 1989 And 1995.   The Wfos Have Three Types Of Roofs; Asphalt (78%), Metal (19%), And Membrane (3%). All Work Shall Comply With All State, Local, And Federal Laws And Regulations, Industry And Construction Codes And Standards, Manufacturer's Specifications And Recommendations, And All Contract Special Provisions, Terms And Conditions.  contractor Shall Also Provide At Least A 25 Year Warranty For Cover Material Defects, Workmanship Errors; And Ensure A Watertight System Covering All Leaks That Are The Result Of Workmanship Or Material For Each Replaced Roof.  contractor Shall Be Capable Of Responding Quickly To Correct Work And/or Faulty Materials.  payment And Performance Bonds May Be Required For The Full Amount (100%) Of Each Awarded Task Order.
