The National Nutrition Council (nnc), Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Following Project. Item No. 1. Description: Supply And Delivery Of Ready-to-eat Complementary Food For 6-23 Months Old Child Beneficiaries Of Tutok Kainan Dietary Supplementation Program In Selected Municipalities Of Regions 4a, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, Caraga, And Nnc Central Office Approved Budget For The Contract – P6,844,460.00 Amount Of Bid Document – P 10,000.00 (bidding Document Can Also Be Downloaded At Nnc Website: Nnc.gov.ph) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nnc Now Invites Bids For The Above-stated Project. Prospective Bidders Must Have Experience Of Having Completed Within The Last Three (3) Years A Single Contract Similar To The Project Whose Value Must Be At Least 50% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents For Each Project, Particularly In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
