The National Nutrition Council (nnc), Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Following Project. Item No. 1. Description: Supply And Delivery Of Ready-to-eat Nutritious Food For Pregnant Woman Beneficiaries Of Tutok Kainan Dietary Supplementation Program In Selected Municipalities Of Regions 1, 3, 4a, 4b, Ncr, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, Caraga, Car And Nnc Central Office Approved Budget For The Contract – P9,356,796.00 Amount Of Bid Document – P 10,000.00 (bidding Document Can Also Be Downloaded At Nnc Website: Nnc.gov.ph) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nnc Now Invites Bids For The Above-stated Project. Prospective Bidders Must Have Experience Of Having Completed Within The Last Three (3) Years A Single Contract Similar To The Project Whose Value Must Be At Least 50% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents For Each Project, Particularly In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183 And Subject To Commonwealth Act 138. 5.
