Coordinate Nnc’s Concern With The Department Of Transportation Relative To The Metro Manila Subway Project; 2. Provide Legal Advice On The Creation Of The National Nutrition Commission; 3. Work On The Legality Of Ownership Of The Nutrition Building And Transfer Of Land Title To Nnc 4. Attend Congressional Meetings On Nnc-related Bills; 5. Represent The Nnc Or Its Officials In Any Court Or Administrative Proceedings; 6. Attend Out-of-court Negotiations Involving Legal Issues; 7. Prepare Appeal Memorandum For Coa Notice Of Disallowance; 8. Prepare Contracts, Agreements, Power Of Attorney, Affidavits, And Other Official Communications And Letters Or Papers Bearing Legal Issues; 9. Render Legal Advice, Opinion, And Other Related Services Customarily Given By Lawyers To Client-agencies.
