Description February 1, 2024 Am Snacks And Brunch (200 Pax) • Provide Catering Services For 200 Persons At The Nmp Tcc-lp Located In Tawa Tawa, Panitian, Quezon Palawan • Serve Refreshments (morning Snacks And Beverage At 8 A.m.) And Brunch With At Least 2 Rounds Of Drinks In Buffet Set Up With Servers (assisted Or Managed Buffet) • Provide At Least Three (3) Themed Brunch Options To Choose From To Include Soup, Salad, At Least 3 Mains (fish, Chicken, Pork/beef Option), Dessert And Drinks (soda/juices/ice Tea/coffee/tea) • Food To Be Served Shall Be Fresh, Hot And Ready At Least 30 Minutes Before Meal Time • Provision For Possible Dietary Restrictions Such As Vegetarian And Halal • Complete Set-up For Three (3) Buffet Tables, Dressed Round Tables With Chairs; 200 Tiffany Chairs Will Be Provided By The National Museum But Prepare Extra Tables/chairs As Needed • Provision Of Plates, Glassware, Utensils, Table Napkins And Condiments • Labels/brief Description Of Each Menu In The Buffet Table, Indicating Allergens • Uniformed Wait Staff Appropriate For The Event • Disposal And Management Of Waste And Related Food Waste, Following Proper Segregation Protocols, Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Winning Bidder Please See Attached Terms Of Reference For The Terms And Conditions And Other Information.
