The National Library Of The Philippines (nlp), Through The Fy 2025 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (php1,740,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Pb25-05 External Contracting For The Development, Enrichment And Maintenance Of Nlp’s Human Resource Management Information System. Bidding Will Be Through Lot Bidding (1 Lot). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening.
