The National Kidney And Transplant Institute, Through The 2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Pesos Only (php 4,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Ib No. 24-201 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
