Contractors With At Least Fifteen Percent (15%) Negative Slippage On Their Ongoing Nia Contracts At The Time Of Advertisement Or Posting Of The Invitation To Bid Of This Project To Philgeps And Nia Website Shall Not Be Allowed To Participate In The Procurement Of Civil Works Of This Agency (nia Mc 32, S. 2014). 12. The Nia-mariis Division Iv Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Sections 35.6 And 41 Or 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
