Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Requires 345 Calendar Days, Inclusive Of 46 Cd Pre-determined Unworkable Days (26 Rainy Days & 20 Indigenous Practices).
